He added that the Ukrainian authorities should develop an action plan to resolve the situation in the Donbass and plans to improve relations with Russia.
“And to develop any plans for the“ reintegration ”of Crimea into Ukraine is completely futile and these plans have not been achieved,” Tsekov said.
