New decree to forbid him to enter France

The administrative court repealed on Friday morning its expulsion order, announced his lawyer. But the man will not be able to return to France because the Ministry of the Interior has taken a new order forbidding him to enter the hexagon.

Luc, 38, a seasonal employee in France, is suspected by the French authorities of being an ultra-left activist who can engage in violent acts on the sidelines of the G7, to be held in Biarritz from 24 to 26 August.
