The French president gave up a trip to Kiev to go to Berlin on Friday and meet there with Olaf Scholz and Donald Tusk. He assured that he would meet President Volodymyr Zelensky in Ukraine before mid-March, a trip which had already been scheduled once for the month of February, then postponed.
