"As of 22:00, as a result of heavy rainfall in the city of Krasnodar (54 mm fell), 28 lowland sections of the roadway and 19 house territories were flooded," the ministry said in a statement.
At the same time, it is noted that 18 sections of roads and eight adjoining territories remain flooded to date.
The situation is under the control of the Central Management Board of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Krasnodar Territory.
