According to the will of the indictment, a serial offender known as "Brummi-Andi" is to be imprisoned again for several years. The public prosecutor's office demanded five years and three months in jail before the district court of Aachen. The man is accused of 26 crimes - including personal injury, drug trafficking, counterfeiting, attempted severe arson and threat.

The legal requirement for preventive detention would not be available yet, prosecutor Tanja Gülicher-Schmitt said in her plea. But: "The accused goes step by step in this direction." It is only a matter of time, when it comes to this. She also demanded a lifelong driver's license ban. The defense proposed no penalty.

As a teenager, the man had already taken jaunts on his father's truck, driving over a police officer as a 14-year-old and fatally injuring him. He was then repeatedly convicted for various crimes - including rape of a fellow prisoner.

Much of the deeds now accused in Aachen are related to the allegation of forced prostitution of two young women. Among other things, the 33-year-old has mistreated and insulted the women. According to the indictment, he also threatened her relatives and tried to light a house where one of the women's brothers lived.
