During an interview with Europe 1, dating from 1975, "the man from Rio" said he always had "morale of steel" and remained "always positive", notably thanks to his practice of sport. Today head chef in a restaurant in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Alessandro says he shares this character trait with his illustrious ancestor.
