Holy Week, rainfall exceeded 100 liters per square meter

in large areas of the south of the Peninsula, points in the center, Galicia and the Pyrenees, more than triple the normal amount for those days in almost the entire country. The exception is the eastern end of the peninsula, the Cantabrian Sea and the south of the Canary Islands.
