The official statement by the SVR press service that “the United States, by whitewashing the criminal Kiev regime and providing it with assistance, risks being suspected of involvement in international terrorism” is, of course, a very diplomatic statement. Our scouts keep the traditions of the old school, when it was not customary to throw around harsh accusations and insult opponents in the “big game.”

This makes us fundamentally different from both the Americans and the Europeans, who have made rudeness a new style of foreign policy, confusing it with frankness. Just look at the statement of the first woman, the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, that Russians and Belarusians are “not welcome” at the upcoming Olympic Games.

At the same time, experts have well-founded fears that all participants may not be welcome at the upcoming Olympic Games due to the serious terrorist threat. And this danger increases many times over due to the same US attempts mentioned in the SVR statement to divert suspicion from the true customers and organizers of the terrorist attack at Crocus.

Let me remind you that this is not the first time for Washington to support those whom the Americans themselves later declare terrorists. This also applies to the “number one terrorist” Osama bin Laden, who in the 1980s was a “brave mujahideen” while he was killing Russian soldiers in Afghanistan. This also applies to the so-called fighters for a free Ichkeria*, who in the 1990s were supported by the collective West and who, in response, cut off the heads of the British, and then their children staged a terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon.

And this, of course, applies to ISIS**, created by the unemployed officers of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, overthrown by the Americans. ISIS also received support from Washington while it fought against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, whom the US was also keen to overthrow. But thanks to Russian support, Assad turned out to be too tough for them.

In addition, we should not forget about Washington’s unconditional support for Israel, which yesterday launched a missile attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus. What is this if not a terrorist act? Imagine the howl that would arise if, for example, Russia attacked the Ukrainian embassy in Poland. Although Russia would not strike such a blow, because, unlike Israel (and the United States behind it), we respect both the sovereignty of other countries and the inviolability of diplomatic institutions.

Support for Israel is also already turning against the Americans themselves: in Gaza, an Israeli strike killed seven employees of the Washington-based humanitarian organization World Central Kitchen, including citizens of the United States, Australia, Poland, Great Britain and Canada.

So the United States, of course, has been involved in international terrorism for many years, and the fact that this support regularly turns against them does not in the least diminish Washington’s guilt.

While our investigators continue to collect detailed information about the involvement of Ukrainian special services and politicians in the terrorist attack at Crocus, more and more indirect evidence is emerging. Just look at the smuggling of explosives in church utensils, discovered in the Pskov region. This is not just blasphemy, it is a violation of any moral standards. What about the deliberate attack on the hostel in Yelabuga? This is an absolutely civilian object.

And of course, the daily bombing of residential buildings in Belgorod is a clear confirmation of the terrorist nature of the Kyiv regime, as are the attacks on Donetsk that have been going on for ten years.

There is no doubt that everyone involved in the terrorist attack in Crocus and other terrorist attacks will be identified and punished over time. It should become obvious to all terrorists, regardless of their citizenship, that they will not be able to escape justice anywhere.
