Former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Tori Spelling (50) is drawing a line after 18 years of marriage. The actress filed for divorce from her Canadian colleague Dean McDermott (57) in Los Angeles, US media reported unanimously on Friday (local time), citing court documents. According to People, Spelling cited the usual “irreconcilable differences” as the reason. According to the actress, the two separated in June 2023. In her application, Spelling insists that their five children remain in her care and that McDermott receives visitation rights. The couple has three boys and two girls, aged seven to 17.

Spelling married McDermott in 2006 shortly after her divorce from actor Charlie Shanian. It was a lightning wedding on the beach in Fiji. The two had met the year before while filming in Canada. McDermott divorced his then-wife after 12 years of marriage. The actor has an adult son from this relationship.

With the reality shows “Tori & Dean: Inn Love” and “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” Spelling and McDermott let their fans take part in their family life.
