Deputy head of the situation center of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Anatoly Tsygankov said that today the snow height in Moscow is 19 cm, which is “a bit too much.”

“But the temperature is high, during the day - +8....+10 °C. Tomorrow afternoon - +11...+13 °C, cloudy with clearings. On Sunday there will generally be spring weather, partly cloudy, no precipitation, sunshine, it will be +15...+17 °C, this is about 5 °C above normal... On Monday there may be rain in places, +17.. .+19 °C, gusty wind, on Tuesday a little cooler - +12...+17 °C, on Wednesday even a little cooler -+10...+15 °C, and on Thursday - +10...+ 15 °C,” said RT’s interlocutor.

According to him, the most optimistic forecast for April 1 is +17...+19 °C, in the region - up to +20 °C.

“Therefore, most likely, somewhere around +18 °C, that is, +21 °C - this is completely optimistic,” Tsygankov added.

As Tatyana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Meteonovosti news agency, noted, the weather this coming weekend will be determined by the cyclone.

“We will be in the warm sector of this atmospheric vortex, so on the night of March 30 and on the night of March 31, light rain may occur in places. As for the temperature, it will rise and rise every day, and on the weekends it will approach record high values, and in the first days of April it will be close to record high values,” the forecaster said.

According to the expert's forecast, changes in the weather will occur on April 3, the weather will be determined by a cold atmospheric front.

“Cold advection will begin behind it, but April 3 will still remain moderately warm. On April 4, we expect a more visible drop in temperature. But it must be said that, most likely, this cold wave will not last long and will not have very frighteningly low temperatures,” concluded RT’s interlocutor.
