Al Jazeera broadcast scenes of the arrival of the body of one of the martyrs to Nasser Medical Hospital, west of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, after his son was able to retrieve him alone two days after his martyrdom, as ambulances were unable to reach him.

Immediately upon the arrival of the body to the hospital, the martyr’s family and relatives gathered around him in a state of shock and nervous breakdown, shedding abundant tears in grief over his martyrdom by the bullets of the Israeli occupation forces.

One of the women who appeared in the video - believed to be his wife - said that the family fled to the hospital due to starvation, and added, "We were displaced from hunger. May God take revenge on the Jews."

Meanwhile, one of the martyr’s sons repeated phrases all the time hoping for his father’s response, such as “Jaba’s honesty will be returned,” “Your father’s life will be returned,” “Reply to me, Yaba,” and “By God, there is no sin.”

In turn, another son of the martyr said that his brothers were in the hospital while his father was alone in the street, noting that he went to the Palestinian Red Crescent team to bring his body, but he was unable to do so, and in the end he was forced to go alone to bring his father’s body from among the occupation forces.

It is noteworthy that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to 32,552 martyrs, while the number of injured has reached 74,980, according to the latest official figures announced by the Ministry of Health in the Strip.
