Eight years ago in Toyama Prefecture, a 52-year-old father was arrested and charged in a case in which a 24-year-old woman complained under her real name that she had been sexually assaulted by her biological father. In the woman's comments, she said, ``I want her to face her huge mistake in court and atone for her crimes.''
The person indicted is Koji Daimon (52), a company executive from Toyama Prefecture.
According to prosecutors, he is accused of sexually assaulting his daughter, who was a high school student at the time, eight years ago in August 2016.
After the defendant was arrested by the police on March 6th, his daughter Riho Fukuyama (24), who had filed a criminal complaint, held a press conference under her real name on March 12th and complained about the damage caused to her.
Riho made the comment after her father was indicted on the 26th.
