Shortly after 6:15 a.m. on the 23rd, a staff member at Tokujuen Nursing Home in Tokuriki, Kokuraminami Ward, Kitakyushu City said, ``Two male residents have collapsed and one has been decapitated. He is unconscious.'' The police received a report.
According to police, both residents were in their 70s and were found dead on the spot in the same room.
According to the person in charge of this facility, there are approximately 80 residents living in private rooms, and a man in this room and a man in another room collapsed in the resident's room on the third floor.
No other residents were injured.
