The owner of this shop called "Qiang Ge Scallion Pancake", Zhang Xiaoxiang, whose original name is Zhang Xiaoqiang, has been making sesame pancakes for more than 30 years.

At the beginning, when he saw elderly people and disabled people in need coming to eat at the restaurant, he always waved his hand and refused to take money.

In October last year, Zhang Xiaoxiang and his family traveled to Xinjiang. At the door of a local breakfast shop, he saw a "free meal" notice. The content above moved him, who had experienced "difficult times".

After returning to Tonglu, Zhang Xiaoxiang immediately printed a copy and posted it in the store.

"I have not read any books and have no education, but I have been hungry and received help from others, so these are my own personal experiences and feelings. I hope it can help people in need." Talking about the love posters Zhang Xiaoxiang’s original intention is simple.

More than 30 years ago, Zhang Xiaoxiang walked out of the mountains and set up a stall in Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou to learn how to make sesame cakes.

There he met his wife. After getting married, the couple took their several-month-old son to Fuyang, Hangzhou to start a business.

Because they had little savings, the family of three lived in a rental house on the outskirts of the city.

Zhang Xiaoxiang gets up early every morning to prepare ingredients for making cakes, and then carries the stove to sell in crowded places.

However, business was not easy to do at that time. After a month, the couple decided to quit the lease because they couldn't hold on any longer.

But what they didn't expect was that the kind-hearted landlord only charged them half of the rent.

Only then did Zhang Xiaoxiang realize that their plight had been noticed by the landlord. The old man himself was not well-off, so he chose to help the young couple in this way.

In this way, Zhang Xiaoxiang persisted.

From the beginning, he carried a load and walked around the streets, and later he rented a store when business was good. Because of his diligence and enthusiasm, and the unique recipe he and his wife developed, Zhang Xiaoxiang's Shaobing shop gradually became more famous and the business became more and more prosperous. The more prosperous it becomes.

"It was good at first, but because making cakes is really hard work, and a friend asked me to do business together, I thought about it and changed careers. Unexpectedly, I lost all my money." Although life has returned to a state of poverty, But Zhang Xiaoxiang, who is optimistic by nature, chose to come to Tonglu to start over.

With the help of relatives and friends, he soon opened the first sesame seed restaurant in Tonglu.

Because the ingredients are fresh and taste good, the business in the store has always been very good.

Even during non-dining hours, there is still an endless stream of customers and takeout orders.

Within two years, Zhang Xiaoxiang opened the current Qiang Ge Onion Cake store.

At 2 a.m. every day, he goes to the store and starts lighting the stove, mixing flour, cooking soy milk, and preparing the ingredients for the day.

When business is good, more than a thousand biscuits can be sold a day.

People who have been in the rain always know better how to hold an umbrella for others.

In the last line of the love poster, Zhang Xiaoxiang specially added, "I hope that when I have the ability in the future, I can also help those in need around me!"

The warmth of a city is being passed on in a relay of love.
