From the 16th to the 17th, there was light to moderate snow in most areas of Heilongjiang Province, moderate to heavy snow in the southeastern region, and local heavy snowfall.

The new snow depth in northern Harbin, Qitaihe, western Jiamusi, and western Shuangyashan can reach 7 cm to 10 cm.

  The weather forecast information released by the Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Bureau shows that on the 16th, it will be cloudy with sleet or light rain turning to heavy snow in eastern Harbin and western Mudanjiang, with local heavy snowfall. There will be cloudy weather in southern Yichun, western Jiamusi, western Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, and Jixi. Sleet will turn to light snow in southern Heihe, northern Yichun, southern Qiqihar, Daqing, Suihua, western Harbin, Hegang, eastern Jiamusi, eastern Shuangyashan, and eastern Mudanjiang.

On the 17th, it was cloudy with snow showers in the eastern parts of Shuangyashan and Jixi.

  Southern Yichun, Qiqihar, Daqing, Suihua, Harbin, Hegang, western Jiamusi, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe, Jixi, and northern Mudanjiang have newly increased snow depths of 2 cm to 6 cm, among which northern Harbin, Qitaihe, western Jiamusi, The newly added snow depth in the western part of Shuangyashan is 7 cm to 10 cm.

  From the 16th to the 17th, most areas of Heilongjiang Province had gusts of magnitude 6 to 7, and local gusts of magnitude 8 to 9 in the southeast.

The snowfall will be accompanied by wind and snow, and visibility will be less than 500 meters during some periods.

The temperature dropped slightly after the snow.

The cooling range in the southeastern region is 4℃ to 8℃, and most other areas are 1℃ to 4℃.
