According to the Japan Calendar and Calendar Culture Promotion Association, which promotes calendars, the three lucky days only overlap once every two years, but from the year after next, they will not overlap until at least 2030.
A man in his 50s who bought a lottery ticket said, ``I won 1 million yen when I bought a lottery ticket at this store on a good luck day in the past, so I hope I can win today too.''
