On the morning of the 11th, a Solaseed Air plane departed from Haneda Airport bound for Kumamoto Airport, leaving 34 passengers on the tarmac, but there was a problem in the taxiway when the plane turned back and took off again with the passengers on board.

Solaseed Air Flight 11 was scheduled to depart from Haneda Airport to Kumamoto Airport at 7:15 a.m. on the 11th with 105 passengers on board.

However, at Haneda Airport, the plane departed from the tarmac without carrying 34 passengers and moved halfway down the taxiway to the runway.

After that, we learned from the bus company transporting the passengers that some of the passengers were not on board, so we returned to the tarmac, picked up the remaining passengers, and departed 32 minutes late.

According to Solaseed Air, the second bus carrying 34 passengers out of three buses transporting passengers from the terminal to the apron went to the wrong apron and arrived late.

Solaseed Air is currently looking into the details of the situation, as it was found that the pre-departure confirmation was insufficient.

Solaseed Air said, ``We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern we have caused our customers and everyone involved. We will deeply regret this incident and will work to restore trust by implementing measures to prevent it from happening again.'' commented.
