Animal rescue operation in Austria: A French bulldog apparently survived a fall of 30 meters without a scratch.

The off-leash two-year-old animal named Luna slipped on the Hohe Wand in Lower Austria on Saturday and fell 30 meters over steep terrain, the police reported on Monday.

The owner family alerted the mountain rescue service via an emergency call.

A mountain rescuer was then lowered down to the dog on a rope.

The specialist packed the four-legged friend into his backpack.

Both were rescued from the wall using a pulley.

The dog was uninjured but was taken to a vet as a precaution.
