According to Al Jazeera correspondent Hassan Masoud, Jerusalemites and residents of the interior were able to enter Al-Aqsa Mosque to pray under restrictions and security measures imposed by the occupation forces, supported by police forces and border guards at the doors and entrances of the mosque.

The occupation security checkpoints prevented young worshipers from entering to pray, while allowing women and men over 40 years of age to enter.
