On the eve of the Oscar Gala, Hollywood's ridiculous Golden Raspberry prize was awarded for the 44th time.

The distributors announced this year's "winners" of the not entirely serious prizes in a video message.

The slasher film “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey” won five “Razzies” – in all categories for which it was nominated.

Meanwhile, three well-known Hollywood stars were honored for their particularly poor acting performance.

"Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey" is a bloody satire of AA Milne's classic children's book.

The original story of Pooh the Bear entered the public domain in 2023 and director Rhys Frake-Waterfield's version was a surprise hit.

Because the film made enough money, a second part is planned.

The “razzies” are unlikely to change that.

The Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actor went to Jon Voight for his Irish accent in the role of “Lucky Charms Leprechaun” in “Mercy.”

After all: Voight won an Oscar for Best Actor in 1979 and has already received several Golden Globes.

Not like Megan Fox.

The actress, who became known in the 2007 film “Transformers,” has not yet won an Academy Award.

She got two raspberries this year.

The fact that she won in both the “Worst Actress” and “Worst Supporting Actress” categories is “a rare Razzie feat,” as the organizers wrote in a blog post about the awards.

Last year, however, Tom Hanks also received two of the anti-Oscars.

The “Nanny” actress Fran Drescher, in turn, received this year’s Razzie Redeemer Award this year.

The award can only be given to someone who has already been on the raspberry list but then “moved on to something better.”

Drescher was praised for her leadership as Sag Aftra president during last year's actors' strike.

She was already nominated as worst actress in 1998 for her role in the romantic comedy “My Darling, the Tyrant.”
