The year-on-year growth rate in 2023 is 15.32%.

  According to Nanning Wuxu International Airport, during the Spring Festival travel period, Nanning Airport completed nearly 13,000 transport flights and handled more than 1.75 million passengers, an increase of approximately 10% and 22% respectively compared with the same period during the Spring Festival travel season in 2023.

  During the Spring Festival Golden Week (January 21st to January 27th), Nanning Airport carried 2,511 transport flights and handled 376,000 passengers, an increase of 19% and 38% respectively compared with the same period during the Spring Festival last year; the flight passenger load factor reached 90.2%, an increase of 11.5% percentage points, the aviation market demand is growing strongly and showing a good development trend.

According to statistics, the domestic passenger flow destinations of Nanjing Airport are mainly concentrated in cities such as Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Nanjing, Haikou, Xi'an, Hangzhou, and Zhengzhou.

  During the Spring Festival travel rush, Nanning Airport handled nearly 500 international passenger flights; the passenger throughput exceeded 71,000.

Compared with before the Spring Festival travel rush, the average passenger load factor of outbound flights increased by nearly 25 percentage points.

Among them, routes to Bangkok, Thailand, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia continue to be popular, and flight passenger occupancy factors remain at high levels.
