The great evolution of Queen Letizia: from the pompous updos of her early years as a princess to the latest midi cut or the most trendy Barbie pigtails

Two beauty secrets of Queen Letizia finally revealed... and for less than 50 euros
Their
Majesties the Kings
have attended, as is tradition, the inauguration of
ARCOmadrid,
the International Contemporary Art Fair, in its 43rd edition. It is also almost a tradition that Queen Letizia dresses
according to the event
that constitutes one of the main art market platforms, essential in the international circuit of promotion and dissemination of artistic creation.
Because
a lot of art
usually has, in one way or another, the looks that Doña Letizia selects to visit the fair.
Gone are the outfits from the 'first times', signed by whoever was her main designer,
Felipe Varela.
In more recent times, Her Majesty moves between two common denominators that do not usually fail: she maintains the detail of wearing a 'made in Spain' design almost as a rule and/or wears special outfits, to remember, such as
the kimono dress

Last year these two fashion pillars were fulfilled.
Queen Letizia debuted a shirt dress by
Moisés Nieto,
in a dusty pink tone, which she completed
with the most 'arty' bag
in her closet, from
Furla,
printed with flowers.
For the inauguration of ARCO 2024, the Queen, on the other hand, has been more discreet.
Long black coat,
nothing to do with Moisés Nieto's spring look, and
black and white,
two pillars of the chosen style.

Queen Letizia's look at the ARCO 2024 Fair, surprise included?
Queen Letizia has arrived at ARCO with what is apparently a simple and minimalist working look.
A
long,
oversized black coat with lapels and a button, the main protagonist, along with the slingback pumps also in black.
The heel, this time, was neither sensible-sensible nor very high stiletto, a half measure, where virtue lies.
Like her new haircut, making a parallel, neither extremely long nor very short that cannot be easily gathered into a ponytail.
Continuing with the working style, she has carried
a large Carolina Herrera bag,
more than other models from the firm that she also has in her closet, or the handbags that she is also a regular at.
Under the coat was the surprise...

Queen Letizia's surprise blouse, very arty
As we walked, we could see more details of the star piece of the Queen's look in ARCO.
A textured ecru top
has been glimpsed ,
where it seems that several stripes of fabric intertwine with each other in a three-dimensional game.
Some of these stripes of fabric on the blouse reached mid-thigh, playing on asymmetries, and there another detail was appreciated:
that its finish is frayed.
A top collage,
very consistent with the visit to the Art fair.
However, since the Queen has not given up her coat, we have been left wanting to analyze and appreciate
this curious top in even more detail.

Two looks of Queen Letizia that caught attention in ARCO
In addition to Moisés Nieto's spring pink dress in the 2023 ARCO edition, Queen Letizia got it right in the 2022 and 2021 editions, with absolutely different looks,
each one groundbreaking in its own style.
In 2021, Doña Letizia chose a navy blue
trouser suit
with a pinstripe.
The jacket, with broad shoulders, was cinched at the waist with a large bow of the same fabric.
A classic sartorial style with a contemporary touch, something that by the way we have seen as a big trend in the Milan and Paris fashion weeks that have just concluded.
The suit was 'made in Spain', signed by
Inés Martín Alcalde.

Visit to the El Mundo stand
On their inaugural tour of the Arco Fair, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia visited the
EL MUNDO and La Lectura
stand (9A28), where they were interested in the work of
Guillermo Fornes, who stars in the
Unidad Editorial
space
in this edition of the contest.
There they were received by
Joaquín Manso,
director of the newspaper, as well as
Marco Pompignoli,
president of Unidad Editorial;
Laura Múgica,
general director and advisor, and
Sergio Cobos,
general director of Advertising.
'Epifanía' is the title that gives life to the exhibition by Guillermo Fornes (Bilbao, 1964) at the EL MUNDO and La Lectura stand in this edition of the event.
In his project, the artist incorporates the viewer into the ecosystem of the creative process, developing one of his ephemeral 'Land Art', by incorporating the filming and projection of the audience's emotional reaction to his plastic work.
In this way, Fornes closes the action-reaction circle and
fuses his discourse
with audiovisual elements as amplifiers of the
emotional dialogue between work and viewer.
