China News Service, Qinzhou, March 6 (Jiang Ruiqing, Huang Yanmei) On March 6, the Beihai Navigation Beacon Office of the South China Sea Navigation Support Center of the Ministry of Transport installed the first set of beacons on the Baotong Bridge of the Shajing Qinjiang Bridge, the gateway to the entrance of the Pinglu Canal. The "intelligent early warning system" of E Navigation Bridge was officially put into use.

After 30 days of on-site testing, the system can greatly improve the safety of the bridge and provide more reliable technical support for ship navigation and bridge collision prevention.

This set of bridge "intelligent early warning systems" uses technologies such as automatic identification system (AIS), very high frequency communication system (VHF), and closed-circuit television monitoring system (CCTV) to remind and assist ship navigation through multiple means.

Based on the ship traffic organization of the Pinglu Canal and the actual needs during the construction period, multi-level electronic fence warning areas such as "isolation area", "warning area" and "operation area" were set up in the E-navigation water traffic early warning system.

The CCTV integrated and installed in this system strongly complements the Beibu Gulf navigation beacon monitoring platform, enabling dynamic monitoring of ships, navigation beacons and other traffic elements in the bridge area.

According to Li Shibin, director of the Qinzhou Navigation Beacon Management Station of the Beihai Navigation Beacon Division of the South China Sea Navigation Support Center of the Ministry of Transport, during the installation and testing phase, the system sent a total of 291 safety reminder messages and 173 early warnings in the construction area, effectively testing the guarantee of ship navigation during the bridge construction period. Safety effectiveness.

The system has been officially put into operation, enriching the early warning means for navigation security in the bridge waters, giving the bridge an "intelligent brain" that will be able to make full use of big data analysis and modern monitoring methods to accurately determine the navigation position of ships, and provide multi-dimensional and all-round safety for waterways. Real-time monitoring provides reliable and stable technical support for navigation safety in the bridge area.

Zhou Ai, deputy director of the Qinzhou Maritime Safety Administration, said that as the choke point for the Pinglu Canal to enter the Maowei Sea, the Shajing Qinjiang Bridge is undergoing "two constructions and two demolitions" to strengthen navigation management and traffic organization during the renovation and upgrade period to prevent ships from touching Bridges are particularly important.

The maritime and aviation security departments took the initiative and closely focused on the content of the construction project to carefully prepare a distribution plan for navigation aids. They worked overtime and efficiently completed the installation and technical measurement of navigation support facilities. They removed 10 navigation aids originally deployed on the Shajing Qinjiang Bridge and laid out There are 18 side buoys and Baotong Bridge navigation signs under construction, which provide a solid navigation guarantee for the safety of ships navigating in this water area.
