In recent years, Gantang Township, based on its location characteristics and resource advantages, has vigorously developed "one township, one industry" and "one village, one product", developed the hibiscus plum industry according to local conditions, and realized a national-level agricultural industry strong town project led by "Pingnan plum" Construction, the "Pingnan Plum" dried plum processing base, the "Pingnan Plum" core demonstration park, the Xiashan Dengcun Fruit and Vegetable Distribution and Trading Center and other projects were built, and the company expanded its deep processing products such as preserved fruits and fruit wine. 12.4 tons of dried plums were processed throughout the year, driving the development of the industry. There are more than 1,500 farmers, planting more than 10,000 acres of "Pingnan plum", and the average household income has increased by more than 30,000 yuan.
