  Chi Rida suggested that we should first fill in the gaps in China's foreign-related legislation as soon as possible, form a systematic and complete system of foreign-related laws and regulations, and implement legislative plans and work plans according to priorities, especially to accelerate the promotion of artificial intelligence, big data, new energy, new materials, and knowledge.   Chi Rida suggested that a group of potential talents should be selected from within the law enforcement and judicial systems for key training, regular training should be organized, and the selection, use, management and communication mechanisms should be improved; government-enterprise-school cooperation should be strengthened to promote the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents through industry, academia and research. Integrated development; integrate domestic and foreign universities, law firms, judicial agencies, and administrative law enforcement departments with professional advantages to create a joint training platform, add special training plans, jointly build a foreign-related legal practice teaching base, and provide financial support.

  Against the background of accelerating changes in the global governance system and international order, foreign-related arbitration, which occupies the high ground of economic and trade dispute resolution, plays a vital role in the construction of the foreign-related legal system.

  Chi Rida suggested that in view of the importance of foreign-related arbitration talents, a national foreign-related arbitration talent pool should be established, and excellent foreign-related arbitration talents should be included in the pool to achieve resource sharing and optimal allocation.

At the same time, it provides talent recommendation and consulting services to arbitration institutions, law firms, etc., and promotes the reasonable flow and use of foreign-related arbitration talents.
