Laurent Mariotte SEASON 2023 - 2024 12:30 p.m., March 2, 2024

Laurent Mariotte surrounds himself with bon vivants for a show around everyday cooking: whether they are chefs, artists or intellectuals, they have in common this passion for eating well and share it for 1h30 with Europe 1 listeners. Gourmet walks through the markets and among producers, simple recipes and advice close to the concerns of listeners... The unmissable meeting place for gourmands!

Seasonal products and advice, Laurent Mariotte and his bon vivants are here for the sixth season of La table des Bon vivants!

A show to help you eat well and understand what you eat.

This week, Laurent Mariotte is surrounded by the wine specialist Ophélie Neiman, aka MissGlouGlou, who you read in Le Monde, and the young chef specializing in anti-waste Nabil Zemmouri, who you find under the name Chef N'Zem on social networks.

Every week, Laurent Mariotte and his columnists tell you about their taste of the week.

It could be a flavor that marked their week, a restaurant that caught their eye, a dish that they cooked or that we concocted for them.

The opportunity to discover new tastes or new addresses, favorites but also, for them, to have rants.

This week, Laurent Mariotte tells us about the book La ferme de la Ruchotte by Frédéric MENAGER, Jacky DURAND, Laurent DUPONT published by L'épure.

Nabil Zemmouri makes us salivate with lasagna.

And Ophélie Neiman rants against a meat restaurant chain.

This is also an opportunity for you, dear Europe 1 listeners, to tell us your taste of the week.

For this you have two solutions: on the Europe 1 answering machine at 01 80 20 39 21 (non-premium rate number) or on the Facebook page of the show “Laurent Mariotte, the group of good people from Europe 1”.

One listener will be selected each week.

This week's report is dedicated to grandmothers.

We're celebrating them this Sunday!

The opportunity to talk about our memories of eating with our grandmothers and to ask yourself which dish of your grandmother that you still cook.

Maxime Carlier, the Europe 1 correspondent in the North, on the Place du concert market in Lille.

In the report of the week, Laurent Mariotte and his columnists welcome the former Minister of Agriculture Julien Denormandie.

He has just released a book with Erik Orsenna: Nourishing without devastating, published by Flammarion.

He tells us how he cooks, his view on the anger of our farmers, how to help farmers, how to consume, what are the solutions to get out of this crisis.

As in every episode, the bon vivant table team continues to play with you.

Laurent Mariotte makes you listen to a sound related to cooking... it's up to you to discover it.

To play with us, send an SMS with the word “CUISINE” to 7 39 21 (3 x €0.75 + SMS cost).

Laurent Mariotte and his columnists return to the composition of surimi.

Marion Sauveur explains to us concretely that there has been no glutamate for several years and what ingredients it is made of.

In addition to fish, we find water, egg white, potato starch, wheat starch and even rapeseed oil.

But be careful there is surimi and surimi!

And Nabil N'Zem explains to us what we can do with broccoli stems.

And he makes Ophélie Neiman and Laurent Mariotte taste broccoli stem pickles.

An anti-waste recipe!

For the last half hour of the show, Laurent Mariotte welcomes comedian Jean-Luc Lemoine.

He is on tour, with his show Liquidation.

This Saturday, Simon Bricard, artisan butcher at the head of Viande & Chef, Paris, is making the dish of the day for our guest.

Jean-Luc Lemoine loves paupiettes.

So he made him a plate of veal paupiettes, with leek fondue and mashed potatoes.

You can find the recipe on Europe1.fr.

He accompanied this dish with a wine from Domaine des Pierr.

Finally, Laurent Mariotte puts comedian Jean-Luc Lemoine on the bon vivant grill.

He answers Laurent Mariotte's questions so that we get to know him better on the other side of the fork.

What is your childhood dish?

What do you always find in your fridge?

What is your secret address?

What is the word for hunger?

Here are some of the questions asked by Laurent Mariotte.

Jean-Luc Lemoine is a sauce lover.
