The meetings that three senior officials of the Ministry of Transport who continue today in the hard core of Óscar Puente had in November at the seafood restaurant La Chalana (Madrid) with the former advisor of José Luis Ábalos are difficult to explain.
What were they doing in offices outside the Ministry,
meeting in stages with an alleged criminal
who, as can be seen in the photos revealed by ELMUNDO, behaved like a minister?

of the Ministry, whom Puente has kept in office;
Angel Contreras
, whom he promoted to the presidency of Adif (the main contractor of public works in the State);

, renewed as head of Emfesa (another company dependent on Transport that still employs Joseba, Koldo's brother).
The matter is serious: the Civil Guard believes that, in those meetings, Koldo - who still had "influence" in the Ministry - obtained documentation on the investigated contracts that he later, through his brother, sent to Ábalos, to whom he investigation places him as an "intermediary" of the plot.
What trust can be placed in these three managers?
