As the war between Ukraine and Russia has entered its third year, the Paris Conference which brought together yesterday around twenty heads of state and governments allied to Ukraine opened with a call for mobilization of Emmanuel Macron to ensure the defeat of Russia and the suggestion of sending Western troops on the ground.
