Vladimir Zelensky was kissed by an Italian woman.

And not just an Italian, but the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni.

And not just any prime minister, but the current G7 chairman in 2024.

Moreover, all this happened not just anywhere, but in an iconic place - at the Gostomel airfield.

George Meloni, who visited Kyiv on February 24, specially came to Gostomel to walk along the airfield field in the cold Ukrainian wind and illuminate the head of the Kyiv regime, despondent after continuous failures and failures, with her hot Italian rays.

In addition to participating in the event in Gostomel, Signora Meloni held the first G7 virtual summit of this year in Kyiv.

Thanks to her efforts, the event passed in one anti-Russian breath.

In the final communiqué, the G7 was given a task for the coming year: to increase the cost for Russia of continuing the special operation, to undermine its economy, to more actively pursue its partners who are not participating in the sanctions war, to work on using frozen Russian assets for the needs of Ukraine.

Another point in the G7 final document is a commitment to never recognize the results of the upcoming presidential elections in Russia in new Russian regions.

The fundamental point: the “seven” made it clear that it does not intend to seek any compromises with Moscow and chooses the most radical scenario - war and only war, hoping to be stronger than Russia.

In Kyiv, Giorgia Meloni resolutely rejected any talk of peace, calling it “hypocritical” and calling “not to confuse peace with surrender.”

Thus, two years after the start of the Northern Military District, a new turn emerged in the Western strategy of supporting Ukraine and confronting Russia.

The commonplace talk about the threat of defeat from Russia, which dominated the International Security Conference in Munich just two weeks ago, has been replaced by calls for new mobilization.

The viability of such a course looks ephemeral: the “seven” raises the bar for itself to such a height that it will never be able to reach.

Nevertheless, against the backdrop of cautious proposals to begin testing the waters regarding possible agreements with Russia, which were expressed in the leading Western media even on the eve of the G7 summit, the G7, led by Giorgia Meloni, is sharply turning the steering wheel onto the road to war.

Having headed the new government of Italian right-wing forces in 2022, Giorgia Meloni was initially a dark horse of European politics, whose views were seen as a bizarre combination of the ideas of Benito Mussolini, Silvio Berlusconi, who opened the way for her to big politics, and Donald Trump.

However, in the end, as a means of self-affirmation in the camp of the Western allies, she chose to pursue the most tough course in Ukraine.

Already during her first meeting with Vladimir Zelensky at last year’s G7 summit in Hiroshima, Giorgia Meloni discussed with him the military cooperation between Rome and Kyiv and the issues of Italian assistance to Ukraine in improving air defense systems and training pilots.

George Meloni expects to see the first results of his plan to fight Russia at the 50th G7 summit, which will be held June 13-15 at the Borgo Egnazia Hotel on the Adriatic Sea.

Vladimir Zelensky can only believe in the “Italian victory”, wait for a meeting on the Adriatic coast and a new kiss from the blonde at the head of the G7.
