Two years have passed since Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, and a charity concert to support Ukraine was held in Tokyo on the 25th.

The concert held in Nihonbashi, Tokyo was organized by an NPO and was attended by approximately 600 people, including evacuees from Ukraine and international students.

During the event, Ukrainian singer Natasha Guzy played a folk instrument called ``bandura'' and sang songs from her homeland such as ``My Kiev'' and her own song ``Land of Hope.'' The song was sung with a wish for peace.

All proceeds from the concert will be sent to Ukraine to help clear land mines and provide medical assistance.

A woman evacuated to Japan who came to see the film said, ``I was really surprised when I saw Bandura.I think it's important to never forget that war is happening.''

In addition, a man in his 60s living in Tokyo said, ``The singing voice touched my heart.Since we need long-term support, I felt it was necessary to hold on to my thoughts for a long time.''

Natasha said, ``I think getting people interested in and liking Ukrainian people and culture will lead to long-term support.''
