Laurent Mariotte SEASON 2023 - 2024 12:35 p.m., February 24, 2024

Laurent Mariotte surrounds himself with bon vivants for a show around everyday cooking: whether they are chefs, artists or intellectuals, they have in common this passion for eating well and share it for 1h30 with Europe 1 listeners. Gourmet walks through the markets and among producers, simple recipes and advice close to the concerns of listeners... The unmissable meeting place for gourmands!

Seasonal products and advice, Laurent Mariotte and his bon vivants are here for the sixth season of La table des Bon vivants!

A show to help you eat well and understand what you eat.

This week, Laurent Mariotte is surrounded by the gastronomic critic Emmanuel Rubin, whom you read in Le Figaro, and the wine specialist Olivier Poels, whom you read in La revue du vin de France.

Every week, Laurent Mariotte and his columnists tell you about their taste of the week.

It could be a flavor that marked their week, a restaurant that caught their eye, a dish that they cooked or that we concocted for them.

The opportunity to discover new tastes or new addresses, favorites but also, for them, to have rants.

This week, Laurent Mariotte makes us salivate with a lamb's lettuce salad.

Emmanuel Rubin takes us to Brittany to taste a rib of beef.

And Olivier Poels is pushing for there to be one hour of lessons per week, in class, on food.

This is also an opportunity for you, dear Europe 1 listeners, to tell us your taste of the week.

For this you have two solutions: on the Europe 1 answering machine at 01 80 20 39 21 (non-premium rate number) or on the Facebook page of the show “Laurent Mariotte, the group of good people from Europe 1”.

One listener will be selected each week.

This week's report is dedicated to farmers and the different means of purchasing their products in a short supply chain.

Tatiana Geiselmann, the Europe 1 correspondent in the Grand Est, came to meet you at the Nouvelle Douane store.

It's a farmers' market in downtown Strasbourg where 21 Alsatian producers sell their products.

In this week's feature, Laurent Mariotte and his columnists take a biscuit tour of France.

Shortbread, soft, crunchy, buttery, chocolatey, coated... The textures, shapes and tastes are multiple!

Almost as old as human history, cookies and cupcakes are part of our food heritage.

And they talk about it with Tristan Sicard.

the author of Tour du Monde des biscuits and cupcakes published by Editions Marabout.

As in every episode, the bon vivant table team continues to play with you.

Laurent Mariotte makes you listen to a sound related to cooking... it's up to you to discover it.

To play with us, send an SMS with the word “CUISINE” to 7 39 21 (3 x €0.75 + SMS cost).

Laurent Mariotte and his columnists then talk about a current subject: the state of fish stocks in French waters.

340 species of fish are fished in France and a large half are not threatened.

Journalist Marion Sauveur explains that the Bay of Biscay is one of the regions where the share of fish caught in populations considered to be in poor condition is increasing.

And this, while the largest trawler in Europe, if not the world, was purchased by a French company: the Saint-Malo fishing company.

And Emmanuel Rubin talks to us about trends that are emerging on social networks and which he calls the “yuck” trend!

For the last half hour of the show, Laurent Mariotte welcomes the artist CharlElie Couture.

He released his 26th album: “Contre toi”.

Like every week, a chef comes to cook the dish of the day.

This Saturday, it's Julien Lefebvre, the chef of the restaurant L'Âtre in Honfleur (Normandy).

On the menu: confit cod, cider reduction and salsify.

You can find the recipe on Europe1.fr.

He accompanied this fish with a Norman cider: Bayeux.

Finally, Laurent Mariotte puts the artist CharlElie Couture on the bon vivant grill.

He answers Laurent Mariotte's questions so that we get to know him better on the other side of the fork.

What is your childhood dish?

What do you always find in your fridge?

What is your secret address?

What is the word for hunger?

Here are some of the questions asked by Laurent Mariotte.

CharlElie Couture explains to us that he generally likes to eat what others don't like...
