This was also the first special return-to-work bus from Hangzhou to arrive in the city. It is reported that under the Hangzhou-Guangyuan East and West Labor Service Cooperation Mechanism, the human resources and social security departments of Hangzhou and Guangyuan work closely together to actively connect enterprises and migrant workers, conduct a thorough research on return-to-work needs in advance, and provide "point-to-point, one-stop" chartered and special buses. He Yilong, the administrative specialist of a precision mechanical and electrical enterprise who went to other provinces for recruitment for the first time, said, "The company needs to recruit more than 200 front-line technical workers and middle-level managers of the company. As long as they are talents, we have demand. The general salary for general workers is 6,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan. If you do a good job, your monthly salary can be tens of thousands, not to mention the management."

For passengers, Hangzhou will provide a subsidy of 50% of the chartered vehicle cost, with a maximum subsidy of 200,000 yuan per company.
