“Director Vladimir Samsonov died today. He was one of those who created the design for Soviet television in the 1980s and made many cross-program animated videos,” he wrote.

It is clarified that Samsonov was the director of such cartoons as “Old Toy” (1971), “Jack and I” (1973), “There Can Be Tigers Here” (1989).

It was previously reported that the director, screenwriter and cameraman of the film series “The Last Hero” and the TV series “Unprincipled” Pavel Kapinos died at the age of 48.
