In the washing workshop, the reporter saw that the washed bedding was dried in the dryer and then entered the ironing process. According to Ma Liang, the ironing machine uses high-temperature steam for ironing. Workers send bedding such as sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases into the machine entrance. After being squeezed and ironed by the steam wheel, they come out flat and dry. Workers then fold the bedding, Put it away and send it to the clean product area.

Song Huicong, an ironer in the workshop, said while folding that she had to fold more than 10,000 pieces of bedding a day. When ironing, the sheets should be flattened, and stains should be picked out and rewashed. According to regulations, stains with a diameter of more than about 0.5 centimeters must be picked out. Wash again.

Due to the high intensity of work and the single movement, the ironers are sore all over after a day's work. Ma Liang said, but when thinking about tourists sleeping on clean bedding, the workers did their best to complete every process.

Song Huicong said that the ironing process is carried out in groups of two people, and each group is an "intimate" partner. When the bedding comes out of the machine outlet, it depends on whether the two people cooperate tacitly. The more tacit understanding they have, the higher the ironing efficiency will be. high.

Workshop workers will count the number of sleeper berths according to the grouping status of each train and put the bedding into green clean bedding bags. Ma Liang said that bedding that has been sorted, washed, dried, ironed, folded, and packed can officially leave the factory and be delivered to the train from the supply workshop.
