This Steller's Sea Eagle has been visiting Nagahama City for 26 consecutive years, and because it flies to Yamamotoyama, it is affectionately known locally as ``Grandma of Yamamotoyama.''
Usually, they spend their time fishing in Lake Biwa until late February, and are expected to soon head to Russia's Sea of Okhotsk coast where they breed.
