  "The New Rhythm of the Ancient City and the Dragon Parade" 2024 Guo Ju's Lantern Festival Folk Culture Parade opened with excitement. This small seaside town in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province celebrates the Lantern Festival in the form of a "street parade" to pray for good weather, abundant harvests, peace and prosperity for the country and the people, and to express their expectations for a better life.

  In Huzhen Town, Jinyun, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, the "Eighteen Thousand Meters Large Plate Dragon in Bailong" appeared again after 27 years. It has 18 gongs to clear the way. The dragon head is 6.6 meters long and 3.6 meters high. There are 499 bridges and a total length of 1,000 meters. Domi, the scene is very spectacular.

  At the "Dragon New Era·Happy China Year" 2024 Nanling County Second Traditional Folk Lantern Festival event, 12 lantern teams gathered in Nanling, Anhui Province. More than a thousand actors and a parade of nearly a kilometer danced all the way. That night, when night fell, the falling drizzle could not resist the enthusiasm of those watching and dancing the lanterns. At the Nanling County Stadium, thousands of people watched the folklore performance of 12 lantern teams.

  Ximeizhai Village in Chaozhou, Guangdong held a special folk custom activity called "Chongzhaimen". Before the event started, the British singing group gave a performance to attract people to watch. Later, the villagers tied the statues together, lined them up, and ran and circled them, symbolizing working together and helping each other in the same boat. The highlight of the activity is that the villagers prop up the idols on bamboo poles, and young strong men squeeze their hands inside and outside the village gate to hold the bamboo poles against the idols.   Outstanding social workers from various districts and counties in Xining City, Qinghai Province paraded in the urban area. The Shehuo performance team of more than 2,000 people that day was divided into 8 sections and 23 performance formations. The scene was crowded with people and the atmosphere was warm. Shehuo originated from the ancient worship of the land god and fire god among the people. It was first introduced to Qinghai in the Han Dynasty. By the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the scale of "shehuo in the first month" became more and more powerful, and it is still one of the important annual customs today.
