In order to improve the road traffic environment, the transportation department of Changbai Mountain Protection and Development Zone will further crack down on the illegal operation of "black cars". The notice is as follows:

If the illegal operation of "black cars" is verified to be true, the transportation law enforcement department will impose severe penalties in accordance with the law in accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Road Transport Regulations of the People's Republic of China", "Jilin Province Road Transport Regulations" and "Jilin Province Urban Public Passenger Transport Management Regulations". Never tolerate it.
(1) Strictly investigate and punish those who operate cruise taxis without permission and disrupt the order of market operations;
(2) Transport enterprises that organize illegal operations shall be ordered to suspend operations for rectification or their road transport certificates shall be revoked in accordance with the law. Travel agencies, hotels and other related enterprises and organizations that provide paid services to tourists and illegally operate "black cars" without completing any relevant procedures or obtaining operating licenses will be jointly investigated and dealt with strictly by relevant departments in accordance with the law;
(3) Anyone who obstructs transportation law enforcement personnel from performing official duties in accordance with the law, violently resists the law, gathers to cause trouble, etc. will be transferred to the public security organs for handling according to law. If a crime is constituted, the case shall be transferred to judicial organs for investigation of criminal liability in accordance with the law.
