The company entrusted Yunnan Golden Leaf International Travel Service Co., Ltd. to be responsible for the reception, and tour guide Zhang provided group services. According to the itinerary, on the morning of February 13, tour guide Zhang and his team went to a jewelry store in Shuhe Ancient Town. No forced shopping occurred. During this period, the tour guide Zhang, in accordance with the requirements of the travel agency and without the written consent of the tourists, entrusted other travel agencies to perform the package tour contract and proposed to change vehicles for Tian and his group of five people, and the two parties disagreed. After mediation, the travel agency arranged separate vehicles to continue to protect Tian and his party’s trip in Lijiang.   After verification, Yunnan Golden Leaf International Travel Service Co., Ltd. violated Article 69 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China. The Lijiang Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau plans to take action against the company in accordance with the provisions of Article 100, Item 3 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China. Yunnan Golden Leaf International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. has imposed an administrative penalty of revoking the travel agency business license; it plans to impose an administrative penalty of 20,000 yuan on Huang, the person in charge who is directly responsible; it plans to fine 20,000 yuan on the tour guide Zhang, and temporarily detain the tour guide Administrative penalty of three months. The above penalty decisions will be made after the relevant legal procedures are completed. If other violations of laws and regulations are discovered, they will be investigated and punished in accordance with the law.
