In order to ensure good passenger service, the Beijing Municipal Key Station Area Management Committee, together with the Municipal Transportation Commission, China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Company, and Capital Airport Group, launched a series of heart-warming service gift packages to provide safe, convenient and comfortable travel for passengers.

  During the return peak period, considering the needs of passengers arriving, departing and transferring at night, many railway stations have opened night waiting areas in the stations. During the subway outage at Beijing Railway Station, the first and third waiting rooms will be opened. Passengers arriving in the early morning can return to the waiting room to rest after leaving the station with their tickets for the day. Beijing Fengtai Station has opened a waiting area with 1,000 seats. Beijing South Railway Station and Beijing Chaoyang Station are not completely closed. Special personnel are arranged at the entrance to the station, and the service phone number is posted in a conspicuous position. The door is open at any time to welcome passengers to enter the station to wait for the train and keep out the cold. It is also equipped with supporting facilities such as bathrooms, hot water, and convenience stores to meet the needs of passengers staying for a long time.

  Open a heart-warming inn to provide warm services to passengers and drivers. Volunteer services are carried out on a regular basis in the seven major railway stations, and they work with local public civilized guides, railway Beijing Railway caring teams and other forces to serve passengers. Beijing Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, etc. provide passengers with free ginger syrup, borrowed coats and other services in the taxi waiting area.

  The operating hours of subway lines passing through major stations will continue to be extended. As for Daxing Airport, the operation of the Daxing Airport Line will be delayed by 1.5 hours on February 17, and the operation will be delayed by 0.5 hours on February 18. Line 19 will be delayed simultaneously with the Daxing Airport Line. As for the Capital Airport, the Capital Airport line will be delayed by 1 hour from February 15th to February 17th, and by 0.5 hour on February 18th.

  From February 15th to 18th, the operating hours of Metro Line 2, which connects to the train station, will be extended by 0.5 hours, and the operating hours of Metro Lines 4, 7, and 14 will be extended by 1 hour. Beijing Station of Line 2, Beijing West Station of Line 7, and Beijing West Station of Line 9 will open 10 minutes in advance, and Beijing Fengtai Station of Line 10 and Beijing Fengtai Station of Line 16 will open 30 minutes in advance. Each line will dynamically analyze and judge the passenger arrival situation at the airport and railway station, and adjust delay measures in a timely manner.

  Each station area also coordinated with large online ride-hailing platforms such as Shouqi Ride-hailing, Didi, and AutoNavi to increase dispatch orders to key station areas. The organization calls on parking companies in station areas to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and implement a half-hour free parking policy. Six train station areas operate 12 free shuttle bus lines during peak night passenger flow periods.

  In addition, the three major operators of China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom were coordinated to set up signal enhancement vehicles in the Beijing West Railway Station area, Beijing South Railway Station area, and Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station area to ensure the network needs of passengers in the station areas.
