Severe cooling has occurred from north to south, with the average temperature generally falling by 8 to 12°C in the southern Xinjiang Basin, most of Inner Mongolia, the eastern part of Northwest China, most of North China, Northeast China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, central and northern South China and Temperatures in Guizhou and other places will drop by 12 to 18 degrees Celsius, with the cumulative temperature drop reaching more than 20 degrees Celsius in some areas in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northeastern regions, Hubei, and Hunan.
