Miriam Ungría
, who was the widow of Prince
Kardam of Bulgaria
and who in 2022 remarried the Jordanian prince Gazhi bin Muhammad, first cousin of King Abdullah of Jordan. Ungría is one of the owners of the Madrid restaurant,

, along with one of his best friends and
Marcos Diéguez
. Since 2016, when they opened the restaurant, it is common to find Tablada's ex in the restaurant every day, behind the bar and even in the kitchen.

In fact, this summer it was learned that Tablada hired a private detective to learn about the businessman's movements and be able to use them against him in the future trial. Initially, it was believed that
