There is another complaint of sexual assault against French film star Gérard Depardieu. As can be seen from the complaint, which the AFP news agency was able to view on Thursday, the 75-year-old is accused of a "sexual attack on a vulnerable person by abusing the authority" of his position.

The complaint was made on January 9th by a woman in a Paris police station. The allegations therefore relate to March 2014.

The local newspaper "Le Courrier de l'Ouest" reported that Depardieu had harassed the then 24-year-old woman while she was working as an assistant during the filming of the film "Le Magicien et les Siamois." The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said Depardieu had "his paws all over her body" and harassed her with "indecent words."

A recent documentary broadcast by France 2, which showed numerous vulgar and sexist comments made by Depardieu during a filming trip, had massively damaged the actor's reputation. Depardieu is also being investigated in France in two cases of rape and one case of sexual assault.

In December, Spanish journalist and writer Ruth Baza reported Depardieu in Spain for rape. The crime took place in Paris in 1995.

In October, Depardieu rejected the allegations made against him in France in an open letter published in the newspaper Le Figaro.

The actor is one of France's most famous film stars. He has worked with the country's most important directors and actresses and has made more than 200 films.
