You need to have a strong sense of responsibility and develop good habits. Only through working habits can problems be discovered. Some old masters have set good examples for us young people. We must pass on good traditions." Each locomotive has more than 6,000 parts in the running section. Yuan Kai wants to All inspections were completed within 30 minutes. Each shift had to inspect 8-10 locomotives, requiring them to bend down more than 1,000 times.

At the same time, I would also like to thank my parents who are far away from home, thank them for their silent efforts, hope everything is well at home, and want to tell them that I have grown up and will work hard in the future, so my parents can rest assured," Yuan Kai said.
