In a case in which a couple living in Tokyo were arrested for murdering their 4-year-old second daughter by ingesting a harmful chemical substance, investigators found that the second daughter, who was attending a nursery school, was often left at the nursery school at night. I found this out through an interview.

Her clothes and body were sometimes unsanitary, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the matter, suspecting that she was regularly neglecting her child.

The father of the couple denies the charges.

In March of last year, Kenichi Hosoya (43), a company executive in Tokyo's Taito Ward, and his wife Shiho Hosoya (37) exposed their second daughter, 4-year-old Miki, to harmful chemicals found in car antifreeze. He was arrested on the 14th for killing him by ingesting ``ethylene glycol.''

In response to the investigation, suspect Kenichi has denied the charges, and suspect Shiho has remained silent.

According to the investigation so far, in 2019, the child guidance center had taken her into temporary custody along with other siblings due to psychological abuse by her mother, and she was found to have multiple bruises in the year before, which caused her father to be concerned about her. I know that he was instructing me to wear it.

According to investigators, Miki was attending a nursery school at the time of the incident, but she was often left at a different nursery school at night.

At that time, the clothes she was wearing and her body were sometimes unsanitary, so the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the circumstances at the time, suspecting that child neglect was becoming a regular occurrence.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Kenichi's older sister, who died six years ago, appeared to have ingested ``ethylene glycol,'' and we will also investigate this connection.
