The defendant, Yusei Nishimoto (23), broke into a house in Nishi Ward, Hiroshima City in December 2017, which also served as a luxury watch store, with other men, stole about 26 million yen worth of cash and other items, and injured three people. He was charged with robbery and bodily injury as the perpetrator of three incidents.



In the ruling on the 14th, Tokyo District Court Chief Judge Yasunobu Hosoya said, ``With the simple motive of wanting to get a large amount of money easily, he searched for ``dark part-time jobs'' and committed a series of crimes in response to recruitment on social media. This was a very dangerous and malicious crime.''



He added, ``Although he was in the position of following an unnamed guide in the Philippines, he played an important role in making the crime a success.In particular, in the Hiroshima incident, he caused very serious injuries that left him with brain damage.'' ``The damage to property was also enormous,'' and sentenced him to 20 years in prison.
