In a new crime that reflects its brutality and deception, the Israeli occupation army assassinated a displaced Palestinian who it arrested and sent to Nasser Medical Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, after carrying a message for the displaced people inside the hospital.

In the details of the crime, activists and journalists published clips that they said were of a displaced Palestinian who was arrested by the occupation army, dressed in white clothes, and sent to Nasser Medical Hospital, handcuffed and with a yellow bandana on his head, to inform the displaced people there of the need to evacuate the hospital.

According to activists, the occupation threatened to liquidate the Palestinian if he did not return to them, and they said that his mother tried to prevent him from returning, but to no avail.

After delivering the Israeli army’s message to the displaced people in the hospital, the occupation army fired three bullets at the young man, killing him, according to what eyewitnesses revealed.

Eyewitnesses published videos that they said documented the occupation forces shooting at other displaced people whom the young man had convinced to leave the hospital with him, and they sniped 3 of them in the vicinity of the hospital.

May God not forgive those who wronged you, Gaza

Activists and social media pioneers denounced the new crime committed by the Israeli occupation army against the Palestinian youth, and an episode (2/14/2024) of the “Shabakat” program monitored some tweets and comments.

Issa wrote, "This young man was detained by the occupation. They sent him from the prison to Nasser Hospital in handcuffs to intimidate and tell the displaced people that they should evacuate him immediately. When he returned again, they killed him with 3 bullets and threw him as a dead body."

Ani believed that "the occupation stamped the brutality that exists in the world."

Commenting on the crime, Khawla asked, “Is it not possible to file a war crime case in such a clear and obvious case and the execution of a civilian prisoner by Israel in international courts? As individual cases and legal prosecutions?”

Amira’s tweet said: “It is enough that he could have escaped, but his last work in life is to preserve the lives of thousands of poor people.”

Abdul Qadir wrote, saying, “May God not forgive those who wronged you, O Gaza. O people of pride. May God not forgive those who betrayed you. May God not forgive those who failed to support you.”

The Israeli occupation army imposed a stifling siege on the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, and its snipers opened fire on anyone who moved inside or around it, and it was asking the displaced people to leave.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the death of 3 Palestinians and the injury of 10 others inside the Nasser Medical Complex by Israeli sniper bullets, and called on UN institutions to prevent a health and humanitarian catastrophe as a result of the siege imposed on the displaced, medical teams, and patients inside.
