  Chen Jinglin is a flight attendant on the Beijing EMU train in Qingdao Passenger Transport Section of China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. He is affectionately called "Old Chen" by his colleagues. His service is like the warm sunshine in winter, bringing happiness and human touch to passengers.   There are many unforgettable moments in Chen Jinglin's career, the most unforgettable of which was a New Year's Eve many years ago. That day, a little girl with a sallow complexion caught his attention. Because she failed to find a job one after another and was penniless, she only had enough money to buy a ticket for one stop. After learning about it, Chen Jinglin decided to buy a ticket for her with his own money and buy food for her. Three days later, the little girl and her family came to thank him with a thank-you letter and ticket money, but he only accepted the thank-you letter and returned the money to the little girl.

  "After all these years, I always remember this incident. It is precisely because of this incident that I have strengthened my belief in doing this job well.   On the first day of Spring Festival travel in 2017, an emergency occurred on the train Chen Jinglin was on. A passenger fell to the ground and was convulsing. Chen Jinglin immediately used first aid knowledge to provide rescue and called the train conductor. Fortunately, the fallen passenger quickly regained consciousness. This experience strengthened Chen Jinglin's determination to do a good job. Later, the passenger specifically inquired about Chen Jinglin's working hours, got on the bus from Langfang, Hebei, and took Chen Jinglin's car back to Qingdao. Before getting off the train, the passenger held Chen Jinglin's hand and said, "Uncle, thank you for saving me. You are my hero. I hope I can see you again on the train in the future." It was with these words that Chen Jinglin The worries in my heart gradually dissipated, and my "obsession" to do a good job became stronger.
