Yang Linguo, manager of the solicitation department of the sorting center of China Post Linping Branch, told reporters that the department has more than 20 couriers, and 14 couriers voluntarily stayed on duty during the Spring Festival this year.
“Because some businesses are closed during the Spring Festival and many new Linping people return to their hometowns, starting from February 6, the number of express shipments has been reduced from 12,000 to about 8,000 per day, but each courier still has to deliver nearly 300.
