On February 7th, a man believed to be of Vietnamese nationality was found dead inside a burnt car in Otaki Town, Chiba Prefecture.The day before, a man of Vietnamese nationality who had been involved in financial trouble in Yachiyo City was found dead in a burnt out car. Interviews with investigators revealed that she went missing after being taken into a car with similar characteristics. Police are investigating whether the two incidents are related.

On February 7th, the body of a man in his 20s to 40s, believed to be of Vietnamese nationality, was found in the back of a burnt car on the slope of a mountain forest in Otaki Town.As it was believed that he had died before the car was burned, police An investigation is underway as it appears that someone may have abandoned the body.



According to investigators, there was an incident in Yachiyo City on February 6th in which a Vietnamese man went missing after being picked up by a group of other Vietnamese nationals. The car is said to have similar characteristics to the burnt car found in Otaki Town.



The man had been in financial trouble with the group over millions of yen.



Police are looking into the relationship between the two incidents, and are investigating the whereabouts of several Vietnamese nationals who had financial troubles with the man, as they believe they also know about the incident in Otaki Town.
