  The Airport Link Line is the first new municipal railway in Shanghai. Construction started on June 28, 2019.   The "Three Centers" project that Zhou Jianguo participated in is the "core hub" of the entire Shanghai municipal railway network.   It is reported that the Shanghai Municipal Railway-Airport Link Line is 68.6 kilometers long, passing through the three administrative districts of Minhang, Xuhui, and Pudong New Area. There are a total of 9 stations along the entire line, and the maximum operating speed of the trains can reach 160 kilometers per hour. After the project is completed, the running time between the two comprehensive transportation hubs of Hongqiao and Pudong can be controlled to about 40 minutes, and interchanges with multiple existing and under-construction rail transits can be achieved.
